Mavis goes Native with a 5-course tasting menu designed around native produce and sustainable proteins presented by Chef Simon. Experience the magic through food, stories, and the amazing views that Mavis’ Kitchen calls home. Begin with nibbles and native cocktails in the garden, before heading to your table with a view to the produce garden. Enjoy an in-formative presentation on the new focus for Wollumbin, Mount Warning – The past, The future, and the stories that make this such a sacred space. We will finish our dinner with a herbaceous digestive drink around the fire pit.
