Join us on Thursday 18 November for the opening night of the Tweed Artisan Food Weekend! Working with our local products and producers, the Lolita’s Mexican Cantina team will showcase new flavours and techniques in this unique banquet. In this menu, we will present flavours that represent different seasons, regions and culture from Sonora and Mexico City, of course integrating our signature modern touches! With a diverse cultural background throughout the Lolita’s team, we aim to merge the flavours of Mexico, Brazil, the Philippines and of course, our Aussie home with this collaborative menu creation.

Working with local suppliers and producers is always a focus for our team, but the challenges of 2020 and 2021 have further highlighted the importance of strengthening and supporting the incredible relationships we have throughout the Northern Rivers region. We are so proud of the menu we have created and cannot wait to share it with you all!
